    A vivid emerald hued tulle saree handcrafted with sequins, crystals and semi-precious stones and features floral artworks gleaned from a 1920s Parisian flapper dress and archival French lace fragments(possibly 19th century). It is paired with a hand embroidered beadwork and zardozi blouse which features a tessellated pattern evocative of the resplendent plumage of Peacocks or Birds of Paradise rendered in striking shades of emerald and lapis-lazuli, derived from a vintage Art-Deco minaudiere. The embroideries of the blouse are rendered using multi-hued beads, silk-floss threads, pearls and sequins and the ensemble was completed with a Chantilly lace peticoat (underskirt).
