  • SPECIFICATIONS

A mustard gold silk choga. The yardage of the jacket is made by seaming together panels of vintage brocades with the base silk and the embroidery motifs are derived from a mid 19th century ceremonial coat (most likely from the Jaipur province), rendered on the ground fabric with kasab-dori marodi ka kaam, dabka, naqshi, sequins and pearls. The choga is complemented with an embroidered kamarbandh and patka. It is worn over a printed angrakha that features kasab-dori marodi ka kaam and a textured cotton churidaar. The look is completed with a sucha gota dushala and a pair of handcrafted shoes.
